Upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling your plan

How to change your Remote Jobster plan, including what happens to your listings and data.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade from Starter to Growth, or from either to Unlimited, navigate to Settings → Billing → Upgrade Plan. You will see the price for the new plan with your existing spend credited.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your listing limits and features update as soon as the payment is processed. You do not need to re-publish any listings.

Downgrading or cancelling

To cancel the Unlimited subscription, navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. You will be prompted to confirm. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to a read-only state (all data preserved, no new listings or active integrations).

Starter and Growth plans do not have a recurring subscription to cancel. Your listings remain active until you close them.

What happens to your data

All your data — listings, applications, candidate records, team members, and integration settings — is retained for 12 months after account inactivity. You can reactivate your account at any time during this period.

If you request account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.
