A detailed explanation of what is included in each Remote Jobster plan and how to choose the right one for your team.
Our three plans
Starter (€249 one-time): best for companies hiring occasionally. Includes 1 active job listing, standard visibility, ATS integration, and access to all 12+ ATS connectors. No time limit — your listing stays active until you close it.
Growth (€899 one-time): best for companies with ongoing hiring needs. Includes 5 active listings simultaneously, featured listing badges for up to 3 listings, priority visibility in search results, and team member access.
Unlimited (€1,499/month): best for high-volume hiring teams. Includes unlimited active listings, featured badges, all integrations, dedicated account manager, and custom reporting.
What "one-time" means
The Starter and Growth plans are one-time purchases — not subscriptions. You pay once and your listing(s) remain active until you close them. There are no monthly fees, no automatic renewals, and no credit card required on an ongoing basis.
The Unlimited plan is a monthly subscription, billed on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Choosing the right plan
If you are hiring for 1–2 roles in the next 6 months, Starter is the most cost-effective choice.
If you have 3–5 open roles or expect ongoing hiring across the year, Growth provides the best value per listing.
If you run a talent acquisition function with constant open roles, Unlimited removes all limitations and includes dedicated support.
