How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to all emails within one business day (Monday–Friday). Complex issues may take up to 2 business days.
Is there a phone number I can call?
We are an async-first team and handle all support by email. This allows us to respond thoughtfully and keep a clear record of your issue.
I need an invoice for my purchase.
An invoice is automatically sent to your billing email when payment is processed. If you need a copy or need to update billing details, email us with your account email and purchase date.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email us from the address associated with your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will process it within 30 days under GDPR.
