How to connect your ATS to Remote Jobster
A general guide to connecting any supported ATS to Remote Jobster so applications flow automatically into your pipeline.
Supported ATS platforms
Remote Jobster currently integrates with 12 ATS platforms: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Teamtailor, SmartRecruiters, Personio, BambooHR, Recruitee, BreezyHR, Comeet, and Jobvite.
See the Integrations page for individual setup guides for each platform. The general process is the same across all: generate an API key in your ATS, paste it into Remote Jobster, and map your listings.
General connection steps
1. Log into Remote Jobster and navigate to Settings → Integrations.
2. Select your ATS from the list of available integrations.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate an API key in your ATS (a link to the relevant settings page in your ATS is provided).
4. Paste the API key into the field provided and click "Connect".
5. Once connected, you will see a list of your active ATS jobs. Map each job to the corresponding Remote Jobster listing.
6. Click "Activate" — applications will now flow automatically from this point forward.
What happens after connecting
Every new application submitted on your Remote Jobster listings will be automatically created in your ATS within seconds. The candidate's name, email, phone, resume, and cover letter (if provided) are all transmitted. The source is tagged as "Remote Jobster" for accurate pipeline reporting.
Your ATS workflow automations — notification emails, stage assignments, recruiter notifications — fire as they normally would. The integration is invisible to your team; candidates simply arrive.
